Who is Rademaker Consulting?

“Build value for the future, but deliver today.”

  • Circular economy advisor that applies circular principles in practice.

  • Pragmatic approach towards a global circular economy.

  • Working in close collaboration with other disciplines, government agencies and technical experts.

Back in 2014 Anne was inspired to brainstorm about a future circular world together with H.R.H. Prince Carlos de Bourbon de Parme, who is a member of the Dutch Royal Family. During this experience, Anne envisioned that in order to change a system, small steps taken by relevant partners in the entire chain make a difference. She joined Ernst & Young Advisory in 2015 and supported over 25 international organizations in the field of process controlling, enterprise risk management and sustainable strategy. Anne co-founded a corporate innovation program based on lean start-up principles and was heavily involved in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) community, ensuring support for social start-ups and foundations during their circular journey.

Anne published a management book for organizations that are not active yet - but willing to make a contribution - in the Circular Economy. She is often invited to speak at events and is a visiting lecturer at various universities. Next, she is coaching Oxford students in the Lead for Sustainability program of Global Shapers World Economic Forum.

Apart from her business experiences, Anne is determined to apply circular principles in her private life as well. Examples include second-hand buying for product-life extension, using creativity to upcycle or repurpose items that others perceive as trash. In addition, she co-founded a non-profit foundation (Stichting Live on Nothing) to transform global challenges into local actions.
